I’M A BRISBANE-BASED WRITER WITH A PENCHANT FOR HYPERBOLE.

My first novel, 60 Ways to Die in South America, is a rom/com starring Lucy Hart (think Bridget Jones meets Kathleen Turner in Romancing the Stone) who is forced to take a work assignment in the last place she thought she’d find herself: South A-freaking-merica. Will she find love? Will she grow a pair of lady balls? Will she end up baked in an empanada?

My first screenplay, Show Chickens, is a romantic comedy about an agoraphobic writer named May, who must struggle to overcome her issues when she inherits her mother’s show chickens and is forced to enter them into the biggest chicken show in America. [Warning: This is not your average chick flick.]
